Pencycuron 22.9% SC (commonly branded as Monceren) is a specialized non-systemic, contact-acting phenylurea fungicide that provides excellent, long-lasting control of Rhizoctonia solani in rice and potatoes. It acts as a protective layer, inhibiting mycelial development on stems, leaves, and tubers, ensuring early plant emergence, healthy crop growth, and improved yields by preventing black scurf and sheath blight.
