Kitazin 48% EC is a widely used organophosphate-based systemic fungicide (containing the active ingredient Iprobenfos) manufactured by PI Industries. It is primarily designed to control, protect, and cure crops from fungal diseases, particularly in rice and various vegetables.

Key Pesticide (Fungicide) Benefits

Systemic Action: Kitazin is absorbed by roots, sheaths, and leaves and then transported throughout the plant, providing comprehensive and long-lasting protection.
Broad-Spectrum Control: It is highly effective against several diseases, notably Rice Blast and Sheath Blight. It is also used to control:
