About Fenpyroximate 5% EC / SC

Fenpyroximate 5% EC/SC is a highly effective, broad-spectrum acaricide/miticide used to control mites (red spider, yellow, pink, purple, eriophyid) in tea, chilli, and coconut crops. As a contact and stomach poison, it provides a quick knockdown effect, inhibits molting and egg-laying, and offers 34 weeks of residual control. It is effective against all mite life stages.

Rapid Action (Quick Knockdown): Immediately paralyzes mites, causing them to stop feeding and damaging crops upon contact.
Broad Spectrum & All-Stage Control: Effectively kills mites at all stages: eggs, nymphs, and adults.
Long-Lasting Protection: Provides 34 weeks of residual activity, reducing the need for frequent applications.
Translaminar Action: Penetrates leaf tissues to kill mites hiding on the underside of leaves.
Environmental Stability: Remains effective even under high temperatures, strong sunlight, and rainfall.
Resistance Management: Ideal for rotating with other acaricides to manage mite resistance.

Target Crops, Pests, and Dosage

Chilli: Targets Yellow Mites, with a dosage of 11.5 ml per liter of water.
Tea: Targets Red Spider, Pink, and Purple mites, requiring 120240 ml per acre.
Coconut: Targets Eriophyid mites, recommended at 10 ml per tree.
Cotton: Effective against Jassids and mites.

Application Methods

Foliar Spray: Recommended for tea and chilli to ensure uniform coverage.
Root Feeding/Spray: Used for coconut trees, specifically on young buttons and developing buds.
